SAIFON is a water level and safety monitoring system that is equipped with a centralised monitoring centre which helps relevant rescue agencies and stakeholders to manage flood relief, rescue and relocation exercises and enhances the decision making process.

Flood Management System ( FMS )
MSD Innovation has also established a Flood Management System which may be used to complement SAIFON. The FMS is a platform that will assist the authorities to monitor the situation of the Relief Center during the flood crisis from the aspect of check-ins and checkouts of the flood victims, the total capacity of flood victims in the relief center and the current number of flood victims registered are also displayed in this system. Besides floods, the FMS can also be utilised for other natural or man-made disasters involving the relief centers.
